But we remember them, and maybe that means some other people do too, and if we can somehow instill those values in the children we have, well then, here's hoping.
Couldn’t have said it better myself. All we can do is try and hope. I hope that today’s youth sees and realizes that there’s more to it than status, “swag” and material objects. Those things don’t last, but important values like the ones you’ve mentioned could be passed on from generation to generation if we really tried hard enough and understood why it is so essential to instil these values..I pray to God that when it’s time for me to start a family of my own, he’ll guide me through teaching these values to my children because the world around them will definitely differ when it comes to morals..
